La Chataigneraie Réserver une table

Lovely restaurant overlooking a beautiful beach at Port Manech. We had tuna steak with Chou vegetables and girolles mushroom. Not the tastier meal I have ever had - it lacked jus or sauce and cost 18 so expensive however the service is brilliant. The crepes are delicious and the ice cream too. Overall a lovely experience and would recommend it but would order the moules or galette next time as these were reasonably priced. Also only one high chair which was a shame.

Very relaxed and easy place with a great view. Service very friendly, good food! Had langostines which were great and the tartare de bar, excellent as well. Very popular place but staff was very accomodating to find a table.

Title says it. Overlooking lovely beach. Brasserie, crepes, ices an relaxing drinks. Could spend a long time here without difficulty. Only had drinks but other reviewers cover the food.

Came here out of season therefore was not too busy, but still a good number of tables being used. This is a lovely location with a great view across the bay and beach. We both had mussels and chips which were very good.

Very nice and quiet location - under trees and just in front of a nice oceanic bay and sand beach. Very nice sea food with Asian type meals as well- tap beer .

Arriving at our hotel in Port Manec’h, the restaurant was closed on that day, and so we went to La Chataigneraie just down the road. We had one or two of the only sunny days during our trip, so we were happy to be able to sit outside on their terrace for our dinner. It is a very pleasant and very busy restaurant, so lucky we usually went early. The later it got, the slower the service. They had a very nice daily fish dish. We enjoyed both meals, although on the second day (we decided to go back to enjoy the evening sunshine), I made the mistake of eating mussels and oysters in the same meal. I’m not sure of the cause; but I was quite ill. I haven’t made that mistake since.

We visited here with friends and the food was absolutely lovely. The lady serving was showing us the food as it came out so we could see what they had on offer. The food was so nice! One of the best meals we've eaten for a while! The staff were so friendly and the view was amazing

Views to die for, that can only make you smile. Grass slope area directly opposite for children to play. White sand beach with white beach huts and a small sailing club. May be busy in high season, but I was here in September -perfect. Terrace makes it even more perfect.
