if they can avoid this place, then they avoid it. there was no vegan option next to kartoffeln. I told them I had food allergies, I said I was lactose intolerance. they assure me that the fries have no butter and. me 8€ for a very small part I realized it was roasted in cheese and butter. I thought if I were them that I was allergic, they would consider my question more than if I said it was for ethical reasons. but it was not important, they said that the kitchen would not serve a different kind and wise. they did not change my food or reimburse me (as they let me pay before they were served, although I told them that I had allergies, but even if it were for ethical reasons it would still be relevant, so I end that I told them that I needed a vegan option and it has nothing to pay extra for them to make it so that I could eat something. it didn't change anything. they were rude, had no respect and kept my money without giving me food. I had to wait to come to london to eat and find people who actually understood what is respectful and honest.

If I were the manager, I'd fire the chef. I order a hamburger with fritten and a koks for eur 35.— the hamburger was very small in a large bungalow, a cheese and a half gherkin. the fries were soft and...no crispy. the whole thing was cook without love. the service was nice.

a few weeks ago I had a very bizarre experience in this restaurant. I visit the airport of nizza several times a year, and since my flight was delayed, I had time for an evening meal. I went to la plage and waited from. the 'please wait until you' podium seated. a waiter came by, I suspect, responsible, and while I was halfway through saying (very polite) s 'il vous plait je voudrais un table pour un, he said just shortd: 'fermé! and his poor waved and went away. very rude, I was very surprised. it was 8.50pm but I had checked their website and it said it closes at 9.30pm so I suspect that last orders were good 9pm, and this chap fancied go early. Perhaps the last orders are earlier, but I would be surprised when the people seemed to wait for food and the airport was busy as some flights had been delayed due to weather. or that's not a way to talk to someone. So I still wait on the podium, so I could check this time of closing with someone. while I was waiting, I saw two men who had received their bill, asking this waiter about something on their bill. he lifted his eyes on the sky, stormed off to get a menu, threw it on the table before them, and pointed at a price and said in French, "It is not my problem. the two men were withdrawn from his kind. he was so rude for them, so they paid and the waiter told them no other word, he did not say, thank them or bye etc. this waiter then went over the restaurant and back, looked at him to get his attention, and saw me wave, ask him to come here, but he only looked at me, ignored me and then went twice. that was even more rude, and I don't like rude people. So I whipped a little to get his attention. he turned around, and, if they believed, he felt the bird with me! that's right, totally fry the bird. in front of everyone in the restaurant! everyone saw them look up because I had whispered. I dressed him again with my hand, and he came over and called that he was not a dog. I said I was whispering, seeing myself blatantly and just ignored, and I was only about 10 meters away. he was crazy and I told him he was very rude and shouldn't talk to people about this wise. he continued, and then he went to the other side of the restaurant near the kitchen and began to throw around and scream. Apparently this restaurant belongs to the famous French koch thierry marx. well, I would say that he has to look again at the customer service in his restaurant. Maybe nobody interested because it is the only place in nizza airport (airside) to get a decent meal, but I would have thought if they knew about this terrible service they would do something about it. terrifying!

Ok I arrived 3 hours early for my flight and decided to have something to eat. I usually judge a restaurant by their drinks. The drinks prices are not over expensive I live in Geneva. I always thought people in France have a good taste...for wine. Well to put a sweet sparkling on your menu while you do have a Brut that you make your Spritzers with is silly. But both on. If have cocktails on your menu please learn how to make them properly. I ordered a Mojito. Had all the sugar at the end and the lines was not even crushed. If you are well know for the cocktails you serve you will making a killing with Brits visiting. So after I tasted my drink I decided not to eat with you which is a pity as your menu looked great.

On arrival for the first time to Nice Airport you never really know what to expect from the selection of restaurants but in this case we were very pleasantly surprised. After heading upstairs and a short wait (which shows the food must be good) and...a drink we ordered the Chicken and a Burger and although you do pay a bit more at the airport, it was definitely superior food and with a nice wine and beer we were very happy with our experience and made the flight delay a nice relaxed experience instead of a hectic waiting at the gate. One of the best airport restaurants I have experienced in my global travels.
