Walking the block with two hungry kids - they spotted the Croque M´s and wanted to try them. Glad we stopped, the food is decent, priced appropriately and works well as beach fare. Not a place I´d make an effort to come to, but on a stretch of beach crowded with worse and more expensive tourist traps this place delivers basic food for basic prices. We all cleaned our plates! The waiter was friendly and helpful, the owner pleasant and glad to have our business.Come if you are in the area and need a cheap and basic snack.
We have visited Nice several times and this little place is the tops.Excellent coffee,St Omer beer,local wine and the food is lovely,nicely presented.The owners are extremely friendly and we recommend this little place to anybody. We shall be visiting it again very soon.Bon appetite.
This little restaurant was located directly under the apartment my wife and I had rented for a week. Thus, it was very convenient for a quick snack or breakfast and we tried on more than a few times. The waitstaff were always friendly and fun. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, TX
We visited this restaurant late afternoon before attending a Euro Championship match in Nice. Despite the strengthening breeze we sat outside enjoying the Saint Omer beer which was quite drinkable and refreshing. For food our group had pizza, pasta, fish and chips while I enjoyed a lovely smoked salmon salad. All the food was good, the prices were reasonable for this area of the city, the service was prompt and personable and despite the breeze there was a relaxed ambience as we sat taking in all the activity on the busy Promenade des Anglais. We would look out for this place when next visiting Nice.
Quick, low-key service in a cute area right on the Promenade des Anglais. Good eggs, tea, baguettes. OJ is not fresh squeezed, but you should get tea and coffee when you're here anyway. Inside and outside dining. There's a parking garage on the other side of the street for 3.5€/hour.
