would have had breakfast here, would not recommend it. we ordered two continental breakfasts and two pancake breakfasts. our waitress did not seem to understand English, and she only told us when she broke the continental breakfast that they were from pancakes. we wanted to see the menu again to decide what to eat. that took ten minutes and we had to ask another waiter. Nevertheless, our drinks were not yet served. as the terrible slow service we decided to go with a little quick, and asked for four croissants. that took ten minutes to get to the table, and they only brought two. they also messed up our drinks, as we had ordered four abi and three coffees that they brought us two abi and four coffees. When we finally got our croissants, we had to use the tellers that our friends had used for their breakfast. when we commented that to a guy who seemed responsible, he told us that it was normal. they have also screwed up the bill, as they had added two more abis (in addition to what we ordered first) and have still accused us of the pancakes. Stay away!
This is an unpretentious restaurant/cafe serving excellent food which is often imaginative with very friendly service. While not perhaps haute cuisine the daurade (sea bream) with lovely hot couscous, which did not taste as if it were from a packet, and baby vegetables was not...just tasty, but also good value. Other meals include a very generous salads nicoise and excellent tartare of salmon and tuna. Very good for people watching too!
