La Piazzetta Réserver une table

We had two margheritas and a diavolo and i went for the gamberoni. The kids woofed down their beautifully thin based pizza in no time and i helped finish off the diavolo.Pizza amongst the best we've eaten and the gamberoni were generously portioned and beautiful.

We came here because the setting looked beautiful and it certainly was next to the fountains and the church. We came half an hour early and the manager/owner told us it opened at 7. When asked if they did vegan options, we were simply told 'no'. Luckily my french-speaking brother manager to figure out I could eat the pizza without cheese and we came back half an hour later and were sat down by a lovely young waiter who was more than attentive.The food was divine, however the owner was just outright rude and hostile. He treated his staff poorly and often complained at them and told them off when they were doing nothing wrong. He made us feel like we were unwelcome and I'm guessing that's because we came with a pram that yes, it got in the way, but could have been moved if asked. When the pram needed to be moved to seat another table, he just pointed at it and didn't even ask us to move it. Unfortunately my family would not come back here. The staff themselves aren't miserable but are probably discouraged by the owner/manager always getting at them. Our waiters were very attentive and friendly and it's just unfortunate that the manager/owner has completely put us off. He needs some serious customer service lessons!

We chose this restaurant based on positive reviews but we were disappointed with the unfriendly staff - the food was ok but the waiting staff did not make any effort to engage which spoilt the atmosphere for us.

Wonderful setting for lunch under the umbrellas with the fountain and breezes right next to the cathedral. Pizza was Italian thin crust pizza and I also had a salad. It just seemed like I got lost in the crowd and there were a lot of people coming and going.

There is a waterfall outside the restaurant which is nice for kids food was good and fast..service could warmed up after being upset to move 2 tables

Stumbled upon and would definitely return. Got in early at 7:30pm. Absolutely Amazing pasta and wine. Top 5 meal in Europe after 2 months of travelling. Service quick, efficient and friendly. Prices very reasonable, and considering the quality, cheap compared to a lot of Italian restaurants.

On a Monday evening with not many places open we stumbled across this restaurant and were blown away by both the food and the service.We started with the antipasto for two which when served would have been sufficient for the complete meal for the both of us. There was carpaccio of salmon and beef, two vegetable plates and a tomato plate as well as hot eggplant, cheese and tomato in a ramiken. Our mains were smoked salmon tortellini another excellent dish, but really too much for us and unfortunately we left too much to be returned. Naturally there was no dessert but they looked so good.Service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive and the location on the terrace in the old square was perfect, even with the bells of Notre Dame sounding out at 8:00 added to the atmosphere.

Needed a lunch stop when we were visiting Nimes for the day. What a great find. Very busy which speaks for itself. Such a good atmosphere. The staff were lovely and the food so good. We had a bottle of white wine with our scallop salad. Just delicious!!
