You have just lost 4 customers and will not fail to advertise yourself... (Original) Nous avons appelé à 14h48 le 11/11 pour réservé une table pour 4 à 19h30 pour l'anniversaire d'un enfant de 6ans. La personne au téléphone visiblement très pressé de raccrocher n'a pas voulu prendre de réservation sous prétexte qu'il y a toujours de la place à 19h30 puis à raccroché à la hâte sans aucune formule de politesse. Du coup nous venons de reserver à Euro d'Asie Ales, l'acceuil n'a juste rien à voir:prise de réservation avec nom, téléphone, l'heure d'arrivée, il prévoit une chanson pour l'anniversaire à la fin du repas avec un petit cadeau. Vous venez de perdre 4 clients et ne manquerai pas de vous faire de la pub...

beau buffet avec une bonne sélection de plats à manger. ils peuvent même sélectionner les ingrédients désirés et le cuisinier l'essayera frais pour eux.

Pas de bonjour, ne s'assure pas que l'on a bien mangé et nous jete le ticket de caisse, une fois payé. Pas de au revoir, bien sûr c'est trop demandé. 3 fois que j'y vais et 3 fois la même attitude. Pas génial pour l'image.
