Last week we spent three nights in Hostellerie St Florent and this was a very nice experience. We were welcomed by Peggy, the friendly owner, and taken to our rooms. These are basic, but quite big and spotlessly clean. Sleeping comfort could be a bit better, but for the rest all ok. We had booked half board with two nights with the gourmet dinner option, which was a truly nice. Foie gras, supreme de volaille, excellent desserts to name but a few. The wine list is very nice too with many options to suits everyone's pallet and budget. The owner is running dinner service with attention to detail and an eye and ear for his guests. Breakfasts here are fantastic, with all kinds of breads, cheeses and meats, a variety of cakes, juices etc. etc. We can surely recommend this hotel.
