Secreted away in Palaja behind the Chateau de Palaja is this most wonderful restaurant. I don't say lightly that it is world class. Simply stunning classic French food with wonderful service, rates this restaurant as one of my very favourite across the globe. If you are visiting Carcassonne do yourself a favour and seek this wonderful restaurant out. It will be hard to find but I guarantee you will be glad you made the effort. If you choose the Crepe Suzette, ask to watch it be prepared. Deserts are magnificent. Summer meals in the courtyard around the olive tree are a real treat. Truly a wonderful establishment, and worthy of the absolute highest accolades.

Lieu agréable, plats généreux et savoureux, parking commun avec l'hôtel à côté. La salle est joliment décorée et il y'a une très jolie terrasse. Bonne adresse pour le dîner.

Tout a été parfait, à deux pas de mon hôtel préfèré le château de palaja, la nourriture a été exquise

Nous sommes allés deux fois dans cet établissement qui allie charme, recherche d'originalité et qualité. Nous y avons été reçu les deux fois avec beaucoup d'attention et avons pu y découvrir le charme de la cuisine française teinte d'une touche émouvante de Belgique.

Cadre magnifique! J'y ai mangé lors d'un mariage donc c'est un peu différent mais j'ai par contre l'envie d'y retourner bientot Pour goûter la carte !! Gâteaux exquis !!!! Personnel serviable et souriant. Très bonne mise en bouche avec ce mariage , qui m'a donné envie d'un futur repas en tête à tête ☺️

Cadre accueillant. Personnel sympa.Cependant entre la commande et l'arrivée des plats 1 h d'attente. Cuisine sans saveur particulière. 1 peu cher. 3 sur 5.

Been here a few times now and never been disappointed. Food has always been good and the service excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is great place to sit eat and relax. You never feel pressured or rushed.

A great little restaurant next to Chateau hotel Palaja. The food was excellent and the owner could not do enough for us. In addition to providing us with two special meals (off menu) he took us in his own car to a local vineyard for a wine tasting. The restaurants cassoulet was to amazing.KEITH Z
