The oldest and most beautiful restaurant in Paris, the place takes you back to the eighteenth century. Exquisite décor, excellent food and wines served by smiling, considerate staff. A dream come true!

A meal here will be a memory of a lifetime and if you can believe it, good value for such a grand restaurant. My advice is to go for the lunch set menu currently at 115€. This includes entree, main, cheese and dessert. The restaurant is well known for its famous regulars from the past and each banquette has a brass plaque to honour the likes of Napoleon, Josephine, Cocteau and Colette. On arrival I was pleased to be told I was to be seated at "Victor Hugo". The food is sublime, fish cooked to perfection and the winner is the cheese trolley, worth a visit in itself. Hint. Dress well and take time to linger. Best to not eat breakfast either, we didn't need to eat for 24 hours after this amazing lunch, so it was good value!

Beautiful establishment. Classic kitchen but with a large qualite. the staff in the room is of great professionalism. and unlike any other establishment of this level or the staff is in custody to you, here he is coming, benevolent and even knows how to have humor and pleasant with you. we found this much more pleasant than in some other starred restaurants. We warmly recommend it to you.

We are really happy that we chose to visit this small and special restaurant that we will remember always. It is located in a beautiful area in Paris and the interior has a lot of history which contributes to the experience. We were there for a full evening, approximately five hours of excellent service, food and wine. It was a special evening for my wife and I and we feel lucky to have been here.

Le Grand Vefour is all about History. Located on the Palais Royal where Philippe Orleans cultivated the revolution that eventually guillotined his relatives Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, this restaurant requires formal attire, etiquette and a large purse. Food is very good, it has 2 Michelin stars. The list is quite small and not at all adventurous; i like it that way. Not your everyday meal but now i can brag that i dined at the regular table of Bonaparte and Josephine. You can't beat that

We occasionally come to lunch or dinner at the great junction because we appreciate this place full of history, this story being very well conned by the restaurant staff. the service is really worthy of this great restaurant. the sommelier with dislodged humour is of good advice for the choice of wines. As far as the plate is concerned, I'll be more mixed. First of all, there are the chef's must-have dishes, which, by definition, are perpetually on the map, but give an impression of already seen. But in general, although carried out based on products with irreproachable quality, it is a fairly traditional cuisine, which has my opinion lacks inventivity. However, the establishment is worth the detour and the entire team in charge of our well being has been perfect on all levels, accepting all the little caprices of the guests, and even beyond. small flat for bread that could be a little more original.
