I got to know this place by chance while I stayed at an AirBnB not far. Don't look for a fancy or flashy decoration there, this place is dedicated to excellent bakery and pastries. Take away or eat-in. The young team is very dinamic and seems to be great fans of all sorts of outstanding ingredients, AAA flour, butter, ham, chocolat, etc... Breads are excellent, I personally loved the Pain du Voyageur which was a nice discovery to me. Take away were very good and practical when I wanted to have diner or lunch at my cosy Airbnb (specialy the pies). But they have tables where you can sit and I heard just beside me a table of 4 american girls who seemed very much at home there. I must say that my preference goes to their pastries : Cake au citron, or orange, or fruits, or chocolate are Wao !!!!!! All kind of delicate tasty fruit pies.
My boyfriend and I stopped by on accident (because we were looking for another bakery we never found). It was a very happy accident! The lady was very nice and helped us decide on what breads. We should’ve ordered more on Saturday because they were closed on Sunday when we tried to go again. We will have to go back!
Bread is excellent, I also went for lunch several times and the quality of products is amazing! The house special pastry called “Montgolfière” is mind blowing and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You should absolutely try this boulangerie and I strongly recommend it!
