from the neighborhood, I pass regularly in front of this restaurant and wanted to try. fragrant, refined cuisine, but the boss really ruins the atmosphere. throughout the dinner, he told his life at a nearby table without worrying about the service. The restaurant being small, we only heard him. Too bad.

A palanquin is a covered litter for one passenger, consisting of a large box carried on two horizontal poles by four or six bearers. It's an apt name for this small jewel box of a restaurant tucked beside a quiet square in the 17th arrondissement just off the Marché Poncelet. This is a true family operation, mother in the kitchen, brother and sister out front and clearly the secret ingredient of the place is the love and care they bring to their work. A small menu allows for high quality. Given the size of the restaurant, reservations are highly recommended.

Followed our host's recommendations and didn't regret it. Fabulous, authentic Vietnamese food like Mum makes (she's in the kitchen whilst brother and sister serve up.) The soup starter and house rice are musts!

super good, fresh, divinely spicy. But the boss is unbelievable without a bitch, noisy rude vulgar.

right next to the hotel villa Alessandra. The person is fun and charming and the food is very good quality.

We ordered Vietnamese pancakes and shrimp soup, satty and coconut milk, both incredibly delicious!!! However, the dishes come out less than the ordinary and we even seemed a little expensive for what was in the plate (the accompaniments rice, pasta are extra)... Finally, it doesn't have to be agoraphobe, so the tables are tight and tiny! but the service is warm and friendly!

I'm referring to the restaurant's boss with a strong personality, who holds more of the ice cream or lyonnais cork! We can really have fun...and he doesn't leave indifferent in any case! The kitchen is rather family, with more intimate and worked dishes than most Parisian restaurants offering classics. I have enjoyed myself!take care to book because the room is small - a few tables - and always full (I got myself several times).
