We had a fantastic meal, from start to finish the dishes were obviously made with a great deal of care and attention, the flavours complementary and well-thought out. We both had the 35 euro menu which was very good value for simple but really tasty food. The filets de perche came with a little jug of butter-lemon sauce, which had a perfect consistency and made it clear the chef knows what he is doing. The desserts were also spot on. Service was impeccable and quick, and the wine selection available was in tune with the food menu and full of good quality options. We sat on the terrace which overlooks the fields and woods leading to the Alps in the background, with the Jura beside. Don't be put off by it's position next to the road - it's a small quiet one and there were maybe 10 cars going by over the whole meal. Overall it was a perfect meal and we will be back! Congratulations to the owners on a great little establishment.
