Great menu... Something a little different... Good prices for piriac. And very friendly helpful staff

Nice bar by the harbour with great atmosphere. Admittedly this was at the end of the season but food was fairly ordinary, and overpriced for what it was. Could do so much better. Maybe we just caught an off night!

Clearly some TA fellow members did not seem to like it...but we did.No trace of that infamous waitress! The location first of all is quite exceptional. Ask to sit outside on the upper deck and you will have a superb view. We did not take a pizza but they looked pretty awesome ...for next time.We opted for more classic dishes in the a la carte menu, which came in small portions but tasted delicious. Clearly some room to improve on the value for money bit. Friendly service. A relaxed place.

decided to go to this restaurant with my friend and take her 8 year old granddaughterwith us as we had eaten there last year and it was very good .but since then new owners have taken over .my starter of oysters was fine ,granddaughters moules mariniere also ok .my friends samosas were terrible, over cooked and tasteless, our main course eventually arrived after 40 odd minutes i had tuna or what was at some time tuna cut into small oblong strips and was inedible full of sinew looked like the end of the tail section my partners lamb shack was so hard it was impossible to remove from the bone to eat ...........we complained and left paying only what we had eaten service was bad and the english speaking lady staff member who appeared to be in charge was very off hand when i told her i was a chef for 43yrs ..i know how hard the job is but they need new staff and a chef who can cook .

Lovely brasserie style restaurant right on the edge of the port. We turned up as the kitchen was closing at 3 ish but the pizza oven was still going so we shared a pizza and a carafe of Muscadet, the house white. Watching the world go by in this charming seaside village is just a joy. We had such a great afternoon we returned in the evening with our boys, aged 13 and 15. There was a chill in the air and we were torn between being too cold and missing out on the view. The owner soon realised our dilemma and suggested a drink outside and a table laid inside for food, then offered us blankets outside. Tiny but memorable detail. After a great value kir and Bierce blonde, we moved in to the buzzy brasserie for delicious giant langoustines in a curry sauce, two very good pizzas which left two adolescents very happy and a sublime carpaccio of beef with frites and salad. Perfect.

Funky interior. Friendly staff. You know when you are in a good restaurant when the pudding menu is not a plastic laminate with the same old rubbish that you know has been delivered by a van from some nameless conveyor belt.

We visited the restaurant twice in the one week we spent in the area, and both times we enjoyed wonderful food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We had chosen the restaurant due to the large decking which looked over the wonderful harbour and beautiful sea. The menu didn't have the largest selection, but had great specials. The waitress was very helpful translating some of the menu items, that we didn't understand. Both times I ate the chefs menu, I had the pate to start, and a Beef stew, the first time, and a steak the second. Both were delicious. One of my dinner party ordered the fish option of the chef menu, they told me it was divine, and another member ordered a salad, which consisted of goats cheese, smoked salmon and shrimp, again another winner. I must say that the prices were very reasonable, especially with such a view. We also ordered a bottle of wine, the waitress advised us on which one would be best for us.It was a very nice and relaxing meal, the only thing is that make sure you take a jacket, as it can become cold when you sit outside due to the wind.
