first visit to villa m, decor, a nice boy. We were 3 my wife and a friend. The boy comes to take the order,our girlfriend orders a steak tartare and me, not loving the cheese I specify that it removes me the parmesan of the dish.The dishes arrive in the plan of our girlfriend, some salad leaves,6 fries,120 gr of meat chopped with knife covered with grated cheese with an egg yellow, no sauce, no surprise grass. My plate comes and there, from never seen the same salad, the same fries and the 120 gr of raw meat and that's all, the waitress tells me that: here it's served like that, I try to explain to her that tartare is the name of the sauce that accompanies the meat and not the presentation of the minced meat, angry it brings me a bottle of chili and a sauce that I don't I don't eat that orgy that costs 19 €, I finally get changed the dish we signal to the friendly waiter that we will no longer get to this establishment, the info goes back to the boss. nice setting and waiter, on the other hand the degueullasse tartare is composed of 150 grs of meat seen less dice-cut, with parmesan and egg yellow top ( no caps, pickles, sauces, fine herbs etc) accompanied by some fries and salad leaves for 19 €. a friend who had taken the tartar without parmesan didn't even get the egg yellow. We expressed our discontent with the waitress who directed me to the boss. in an original and modern setting with a burning ambience, a smiling and pleasant staff, very rich and very fresh dishes, specialties of fresh pasta with original sauces, a good fresh rosé wine to accompany the meal .a frank server that takes the time to come tell us goodbye to the outside of the restaurant . we enjoyed the approach .and we will go back !!!!!
