Little lunch break with extremely thin pizza, I have to admit that their oysters were simply great, deliciously fresh. Little fisherman port, fresh oysters, good weather perfect mix far away from crowds.

We had a family meal herr and all four of us went home content ! Three of us had moules which were of good quality, the fourth a pizza. Good service, reasonable prices.

We have been to Le Radeau before, and enjoyed the their thin crust flatbread like pizzas. After the summer season, they are only open Fri, Sat, and Sunday, and inside tables usually need a reservation after 8pm. We were there without a reservation, and all the tables were booked, but not seated yet. The lady running the restaurant said that if we could release the table by 8, we could eat indoors. The pizzas (€12) are handmade, and come out in about 15 min. One pizza per person is about right when your hungry, and they also do takeaway.

Six of us visited La Radeau for an evening meal and weren't disappointed. The restaurant opens for a couple of hours at lunchtime then closes for the afternoon and doesn't start serving evening meals until around 7pm. Closed on Thursdays. Having seen how busy it was at lunch we decided to book a table for the evening session and just as well because within 20 minutes of us arriving for our 7pm booking all the tables were taken mainly by locals which was a good sign. We received a warm welcome by the staff who didn't really speak any English but with our smattering of French and smiles all round we managed to decipher the menu. Their speciality is pizza of which there are around a dozen to choose form (including a kebab pizza?) plus a childs version in the shape of a fish which pleased our 5 year old grandson. for those that didn't fancy a pizza there was a choice of three or four other items. We were served quickly , two of our party electing for the steak and the rest having pizza. These were of a high quality with a very generous topping on a very thin base that resembled filo pastry. Altogether we thought our meal to be good value and would certainly visit again.

He enchanted us with beautiful Brittany. But after an eventful day we wanted to dine in the restaurant Le Radeau we met us something we have never experienced traveling around the world. We entered the restaurant, we took a free table, the waiter handed the menu and almost tabled request. After 15 minutes came the lady - probably the owner of the restaurant - indicating that the table is busy, and we have to leave the restaurant. Nobody has tried to propose anything. What was our surprise when we heard from the lady that we are not needed because she has a sufficient number of guests. If that is the local hospitality is probably all "happily" visit the restaurant.Marek with family and friends.
