Went there because of the good reviews. Big mistake!We all order different Pizze. The dough wasn't crisp at all. Actually in the middle of each pizza the dough was soaking wet! The toppings were rather blunt or to put it as my teenager son: "has no taste"....The salad was also nothing special.There are many (!) better places in Propriano!
We decided to have a pizza before driving home again and tried to find a place for 5 adults.The service was polite and she quickly rearranged the tables to accommodate us even it was already 8 PM and almost full already.Fast service with drinks at the table and the pizza was also delicious and crispy.Also a doggy bag was not an issue at all and provided without a question to take home the left over.Good value for price, can recommend to eat the pizzas fresh from the wood-fired oven.
We went to a beach near Propriano and on our way back we stopped at that restaurant: one took some chicken with French fries, the second took some paste with eggplants (quasi-inexistent) and the third one some goat-cheese with salad, and the three of us took each a glass of rosé wine: we paid 70€. Quite too much. We won't go back.
This is our favourite restaurant in Propriano and one we have been going to for years.It combines value for money with excellent quality all served up with a smile ,however busy, by delightful staff.It is always full and has a real buzz about it-make sure you book to get a table in high season.Located right beside the yacht Marina you have great views of the Ferry going out in a blaze of lights once it gets dark plus the sun going down over the mountains.Highly recommended.
