Nestled in a small village 30mns from Toulouse, this restaurant has earned 2 Michelin stars! It deserves them: creative, flavourful, delicate meals. Cost ambiance and a glorious "chef" who loves mingling with his guests after meal. Price is also affordable for this high level cuisine

Wonderful food, great service. Bernard Bach is a magnificent chef. Not cheap check the website for dishes and prices.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary with a menu 'Découverte' with wine selection matching the courses. We spend a memorable time there - every plate was a piece of art and tasty, as you could imagine. Beyond the courses we got several additional small pleasures to discover: greetings from the Chef. He actually made the tour after dinner and spent time to speak with the guests. Highly recommended, but make sure to be ground floor in the main dining rooms as upstairs is a bit poor on decoration.

If you are looking for the best restaurant in the region, this is it.Sure, it's out of town. But it's well worth the short trip. There are other Michelin 2-star restaurants in Toulouse, but none combine traditional, regional and haute cuisine like M. Bach.In addition to the impeccable cuisine and extensive wine choice (for all budgets), the setting is warm and not stuffy, and the staff is friendly and doesn't make you feel like you are unworthy of their presence.Menus change often - so go back regularly!For the "specialty" dessert, select their take on the Chocolat Liégeois - a delicate reinvention of the ice cream Sunday...

Great service. Superb restaurant and terrase in the back to eat outside. The food was excellent, we had the decouverte menu and we really liked it. The bill was pricey but all worth it!!
