Busy and noisy restaurant at lunchtime quick friendly service and although everything is made to order the food arrived without undue delay. I had the tofu dish (I think the only vegetarian option) which came with a separate bowl of rice it was hot, spicy and tasty. They do fresh fruit and vegetable juices in addition to the usual beer/wine/water options. Good espresso. Bill not unreasonable but prices reflect the lack of choices in the vicinity and the fact that most custom will be business people.
Have been to the 'Tiger Wok ' restaurant located in the 'CNIT ' building in the restaurant area close to the Hilton Hotel entrance and I must say I was nicely surprised. I was there , alone, looking for a restaurant between two appointments. I 've been to many of them in this area that I would not recommend and I was thinking going to Enzo which is one of my favorites. On my way my eyes where attracted by this relatively new restaurant and I changed my mind and decided to try it. As soon as I came in, I was welcome by a waitress who was able, surprising at this rushing time, to find a quiet table for me. The look of the room is correct, optimized to have as many tables as possible, but reasonably quiet for such a large place. The menu offer a large choice of woks and of course, I ordered one. I didn 't have to wait long and a big plate arrived stuffed with a more than decent sized nice looking wok in a curry sauce. All the ingredients looked and tasted very fresh and well cooked. I was really surprised as I was not expecting too much from such a place. The price was totally reasonable for La Défense and I was really happy with this experience. I will come back again with colleagues or friends.
This is a restaurant in the le CNIT centre at La Defense. It's one of few restaurants at la Defense. The food is either a wok, or Udon noodles. The service is quick and efficient, and the main courses and deserts quickly prepared and served. It's a bit pricy for an everday working man's (or woman's) lunch. Don't know about evening service. The drawbacks are in the review title, and if it's crowded it can be dificult to find a place to hang a coat. But given the general standard of restaurants in the sector, it's better than most.
