Champagne Gardet was a stop on our recent champagne tour and was a great experience. Francois has done a fabulous job that taught us the history of champagne and showed us the first hand the process of making. This company is proud of its work that can be seen in its long history of operation and its handling of vintage champagne. A very generous tasting made in a fun environment, not to mention the great champagne for a remarkable time. We bought four bottles. Definitely recommend when you are in the area.
What an amazing experience! Such a great end at the weekend of a girl! François is extremely knowledgeable and so beautiful. The venue is incredibly beautiful and screams for champagne. And what a champagne it is! I never liked the whole line of champagne offered by a house. It was very difficult to decide which bottles to buy as they are all so delicious. One must do if you are a fan of champagne! Forget the big houses, go for the small houses and especially Champagne Gardet!
My wife and I had a wonderful visit here. Francois gave us a great tour and we had a fantastic sampling. Amazing history and insights into her company and the champagne industry in the region. They also easily sent cases to the USA and my wife and I bought some insured cases for much! Very nice terrace and garden to enjoy tasting. A must for everyone in the region!
If you want to have an authentic and relaxing champagne tasting, go here! While traveling in the Champagne area, we stumbled upon this beautiful family-owned champagne winery. Francois (the host) welcomed us with open arms in their cool relaxing garden for a tasting, even though we did not have a reservation. Gardet has a really nice selection of champagnes with a very good quality. Definitely recommended!
Amazing! Absolutely lovely place in a lovely setting. Francois is excellent in presenting their champagnes and the champagnes are excellent as well. We tasted their whole line and bought most of them with as well. This is a must if you’re visiting the champagne region.
