service too long, tables and soils rather dirty on the one hand but the worst is not there. A bunch of young men who are poor and noisy (pleonasma?) sitting right behind us, a dozen. lack of seating, so we can sit on the tables and feet on the chairs without disturbing the staff. The manager who brought us our tray looked at them and went back as if nothing was.Lamentable and disgusting. I'm not ready to put my feet back on it.

the staff refused us to enter the fastfood at 9:00 while it is assumed to close its doors at 10:30 p.m. pretexting that the boss had just called them to close them earlier. After a long negotiation outside, the staff allowed us to place order inside but to eat outside (night at 2°C). Once inside and served, we refused to go out and sat in the indoors well as it is necessary but with an angry staff. They were eager to go home tonight!

having eaten in many mcdonald's in my life, I can assure that it is undoubtedly the worst in which I could "eat". In the evenings of low affluence it usually takes 25 good minutes before being served, with in addition to missing or cold foods. Once the waitress had forgotten my order while I was waiting in the room, I waited 40 minutes before being served while there were 5 people in the McDonald's.And the worst comes back to the days of high affluence, a real catastrophe, a limestone. Once your order is taken you can easily wait 50 minutes or more than an hour. a such point that the mcdonald's supposed to close at 23 o'clock is at 23:30 with still many customers eating. again once again missing products. mcdonald's to be avoided strongly if you are pressed.

Too much! the only French mcdonalds unable to prepare an order without forgetting products!!! bencore tonight this mcdonalds beat mediocrity records 15 min waiting for a salad, ice cream and a box of 20 nuggets after 10 min we see that the nuggets were not plunged an employee would run everywhere while the others were doing nothing. not to forget the two managers sitting in the room absolutely not worried to see a customer wait so long during this time in the room a happy meal forgotten for a customer and for me arrived at home 14 nuggets instead of 20to yes I forgot we were two in the room for 5 behind in the kitchen and for sale so no apology of affluence ! we take a order per week in this restaurant because our daughter is fan of the apple frite ! It's unacceptable! customers no longer claim the lacks so it's common.There has been a change of direction recently and apart from the fact of reducing sauces and customer benefits nothing changes when you call no worries, they pay back. But it's a joke, we just want a full order!I think I'm writing to mcdonald france and I really want the arrival of a burger king to close this restaurant.

living not very far we go from time to time to the mc donald's de castelnaudary with our children. Wait times are always well managed. The food is in line with mc donald's and hot.Their plus is their outdoor play air for children where even the smaller ones can play small tobbogan. The little less: the table is too high.
