Eight of us had dinner here in late June and it was still quiet as it before the start of the school holidays.The setting is beautiful with the beach lapping only metres away. A very relaxing and peaceful spot to spend the evening.The service was professional.The meals were good but lacking a 'wow' component, hence 4 stars and not 5! Perhaps a little bit over priced too?

Visit this gem every year we visit Les Issambres, great staff (never mind the slight language barrier), great food, great drink with the Med lapping at your feet should you choose to take a table on the beach. A wonderful experience we never pass on when we visit each year.

Once again, excellent setting, good service and good food. Family run and now the season is over the chef can take his time.

My boyfriend and I live in the area and we are always on the lookout for the perfect Sunday lunch place. Today we found it! Le Cap Mail is located right on the beach and has a chic, rustic, beachy feel with a intimate atmosphere. The place was pretty busy with all outdoor tables already reserved but we managed to get a table inside... (the big glass windows open up so you feel like your outside anyway)The staff and owners are very welcoming and attentive. The food is fresh, full of flavour and beautifully presented. I would say prices are midrange for the Riviera. We had a beer and a Campari while sharing a starter of "tapas" followed by a btl of Rosé with our mains, lamb chops and beef tartar. For dessert we had a cafe gourmand and a tarte tatine and we paid around 120 € in total.The live music is the reason we first stopped and it was spot on. This place is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to becoming regulars!

Another excellent lunch at Cap Mail, it remains for me an unavoidable spot when visiting Les Issambres: friendly service by the owners, delicious and tasty food, all while enjoying Les Issambres' beach at its best - a must-do.

Very nicely decorated little restaurant on the waterside, good service, with good food well presented, the way tables are presented give you the impression your are alone close to Mediterranean see... (TBT) To be tried for sure and enjoy.

Always a favourite of ours. Location is perfect, right on the beach! Food is good and sometimes excellent and the restaurant itself is a nice place to be. Staff are more than accommodating with the grown ups and the children. Sun beds for hire as well so you can enjoy a whole day of sun, sea, sand and Eric's hospitality.Until next time!

This is a lovely waterside location with very good fish and salads. Very efficient and pleasant staff. A bit pricey though.
