Struggled to find a place open on Monday, but this was OK. Rather difficult to access as door from disabled parking was locked & taped shut. Plenty of food for your money but more expensive than quoted on their websiteMany locals dine here which is always good.

So often, when one returns to a restaurant it never seems as good. Not so at Chez Lambert. One gets really good service whether you are sitting in the dining room or at one of the outside tables. There are a number of menus on blackboards and these cater for every taste. The price has risen a little since this time last year but it is still good value for money. Three good courses, wine and coffee came to 43 euros for two.

We always visit this restaurant when we are in the area as the lunch there never disappoints. The set lunch menu always starts with a huge tureen of excellent soup, sufficient for two or three helpings each. Three more generous courses follow. Dining can be indoors or outside on the terrace under large umbrellas. One thing to bear in mind is that they do not take payment by cards - only cash.

Stayed in the neigborhood, where telephone and internet connections do not work. Chez Lambert was a very nice restaurant with an excellent internet connection - and good food and wine. I liked the locally picked mushrooms a lot.

we visited this restaurant for Sunday dinner for a change to our usual restaurant, which is closed for renovation. the restaurant I appreciate can sit about 70 diners, was completely booked. we were probably the only not native in the restaurant. we have booked for 12.30 clock and finally got out of the table at 15.30 clock. we chose the 28,50 euro menu, which includes suppe, entree, main course, cheese and desert. the food was well presented and served beautifully. we had wee (coffee) and coffee. the bill for four of us came to 130 euro. the staff was friendly and helpful. will definitely go back for a return visit. eating was good french land cooking and if the option had been available, I would have rated the restaurant as “good” instead of “age”.

we are looking forward to eating here, have gone quite a distance to get into this restaurant, but before 1.30 many tables have been available, and we refused when we are served late for lunch! so the French eat at 12 noon and everything that is not considered acceptable afterwards. we are also very rudely spoken and the staff was terrifying. Don't go!

We can't tell you about the food because we can't eat! We arrived at 1.45 and waited and waited at the restaurant reception, but no employees were to see. A few diners eat their main courses and the food looked good. We finally migrated to a very shaded bar area where two female employees chat and coffee. We were treated with total indifference, could we eat? I asked. After looking at her watch and a wall clock several times Ah Non, non non non non non non non! Trop Tard! and thus she fled to the distance. I've eaten anything, something little? She smashed her shoulders and left us with a wave of her hand. In view of the fact that there are still people eating and there were several cooling plates on offer there seemed more than at the time inept. Fortunately, this was the only negative experience we had in our two weeks in France, every other restaurant was great!

we have visited this restaurant several times in the past and have always been served by a cheerful dame in the beautiful bright winter garden. eating is healthy, the suppe excellent, the terrine very good, if slightly too large a portion. the main course...and desserts again in the regular very good, but easy. but when we last visited, we were shown in a boring, characterless dining room and served by the most boring, completely uninterested waitress. the meal was o.k, certainly not good enough to make a return, but the service was incredibly bad. each court was placed on the table. this lady has to find a job she enjoys!!! what a scandal!
