The food looked fantastic, but we never got to sample it, because staff were unable to cope with the number of tables they were trying to run.We arrived at 13:30 and were told there wouldn't be a table until 14:00. We returned then, and were seated… and for the next hour, that's all that happened. No places laid for us, no offer of drinks, no bread, no apologies, nothing. After 45 minutes of keeping a hungry toddler occupied while everybody around us worked their way through starters, mains and desserts, our request for service was met with a hassled shrug and a “Oui, j'arrive” but 15 minutes later we were still sat there without the slightest acknowledgement.Unacceptable, however busy you are. I wouldn't have minded waiting with some drinks and some bread, but being completely ignored? No. We left.Maybe try having fewer tables, if you can't cope? Definitely not recommended if you have children who need to eat!

It was my first time in Bretagne and I had lunch with friends in this beautiful place. We were outside just in front of the sea with a marvelous landscape. The food was delicious, we ate oysters, langoustines and beaf tartare. As dessert we had cafè gourmand so we tasted all the cakes. The place is simple , the personnel very friendly in particular Mrs Josephine the owner. I strongly recommend this place.

This was my first visit since the Le Surf has been revamped, and it was glorious. The owner is absolutely charming and helpful, and the food is delicious. There were 8 of us for dinner and the serving of the meal was all timely and cooked to perfection. I had Rum Baba for my dessert, a dish I hadn't tasted since childhood, and my goodness it was good! The décor, ambience and view are all delightful and relaxing. I can't recommend highly enough and plan to visit every time I return to St Briac.

Doesn't look like much but there is a real chef in the kitchen who knows what he's doing! It's not cheap but the price quality ratio is where it should be

A relaxed beachside restaurant with great fresh and casual food. The view overlooking the beautiful bay is perfect for lunch or sunset dinners. Very welcoming staff and always decent food.

We went here for lunch. It was a beautiful sunny day and the views over the beach are stunning. The food was lovely, and the restaurant had no trouble accommodating our small kids (4 and 1) - which is more than could be said for some of the local establishments! I would go back in a heartbeat.

A trip out to the coast for my brothers birthday and we could not have found such a perfect place for lunch! Great food, good service and just a totally awesome situation. Moules perfect and the special coffee/desert dish...yum
