Not much more to say really. We ate their a few times for lunch (family of 4). Sometimes the service was good, sometimes it was truly awful. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. I sense it was end of season fatigue underpinned by the oligopololistic nature of the resort.
This place could do so well due to easy location on the slopes. But the service is beyond dreadful ... waiters are so rude, take forever to do anything and when they do make unhelpful and rude comments. Will never ever go back... unless looking for amusement at grumpy French waiters...
Great terrace in the sun. Not the best view vs other places but quality of the food made up for it. Traditional dishes as well as creative as international options. Desert buffet remaining the highlight. Service was great and Genepi on the house to conclude. Lovely time and would recommend. Lovely atmosphere and live music.
It was a cloudy and windy day, yet the waiter informed us we had to sit outside on the terrace, even though the restaurant indoors was empty. All the diners looked cold and miserable, so we left and went to the nearby Rendezvous restaurant. Not surprisingly, here everyone was sitting inside and we were delighted with our meal. So we won't be visiting the Montana again!
Attempted to eat at the snack bar attached to restaurant today and received the worst service I have ever experienced! After taking our order and paying we realised there was a substantial wait for food- advised 20 mins because "only one person cooking"! After waiting allotted time went to enquire and advised still at least 6 orders in front of us! After a further 20 mins when we realised people who ordered after us were being served their sandwiches went back to kiosk to discover our order slip had blow off the haphazard paper queue! No apologies given except that they had a lot of orders. We asked for a refund and the girl who was taking the orders sniggered and laughed at our obvious annoyance! Shocking customer service - don't eat here!!
