Having spent most summers avoiding eating in St Tropez, have just discovered La Ramade. The setting is magical, the staff attentive and the food is excellent. We were a party of 11 and all decided one of the best meals we have eaten throughout our stay. A must try...
Tucked away from the crowds, this is a super little garden restaurant, with beautiful big trees providing a canopy and calmness making it feel like you are miles from the city yet its right in the heart of St Tropez. The lovely owner was very hands on and friendly, taking our orders and being good humoured with our franglais. The food was great, with large portions and very reasonably priced.
Everything was great and the menu catered for everyone. Food was fresh and starters were massive. The tiny fried fish petite friture were awesome. Lasagne Maison was perfect. Tartare was also very good. We had house white and it was light and crispy. We were too full to try out deserts. Service was excellent.
This was very nice experience in the backyard of St Tropez, the place had a lot of shadow and the food was delicious. It was a pleasure for the eye and the taste was just fantastic. I had a friendley nice coversation with the people and I had a very warm familiar feeling with them. Even with our little baby (16 months) it was doable and nice.A place to visit if you want some good food outside the tourism area. I am coming back
Traditional provençal "fait maison" delicious food. Totally not bling bling, compared to most surrounded places, family friendly cozy with great service. My husband and me were very pleased with the food, prices and the service. The ambiance is awesome plus very pretty garden. Highly recommend this hidden place you will def appreciate the food, they have a grill!
We have been twice to la Ramade, and it is now our most favourite restaurant in Saint tropez. The food is excellent and very typical of Provençal cuisine, and the atmosphere charming. Definitely not a tourist trap nor pretentious. I hesitate to write this review as I don't want this to change, but decided the owners deserve recognition. If you are looking for an Authentic place to eat in Saint Tropez you should not be disappointed.
This is our favourite St Tropez restaurant. We've been coming here for many years and it always impresses us with its extraordinarily good value compared to other St Tropez restaurants. The ambience is warm, relaxed and unpretentious, the focal point being the wood fired bbq where your food is cooked to perfection. Yesterday we shared an enormous omelette, melting in the mouth and bursting with cepes - utterly exquisite! We followed this with a lamb noisette cooked on the fire. Extensive menu of delicious provencal dishes. Highly recommend.
