in the summer a plate of rawness based on carrots and canned red cabbage. even the lentils, local resource, were out of the box, and the fish, a simple block defrosted with hot water. the service is pitiful (no professionalism). And two hours at the table for all this! I mean, really, it'd be an exaggeration to talk about a restaurant. so much to eat at home!
