the new owner of this restaurant has focused the menu in a wise way, as gordon ramsay would have made three regional salads, fish duck and steak. we ordered the steak, and I guess it weighed more! with too homemade chips, it was. a welcome surprise. I found the point that is cooked better than I expected, so next time I will order seignant. the service was polite and yet friendly, and the waitress went the extra mile to help us have a nice meal (they can even speak English when they hang), everything was served at the same time, they returned quickly with the seasoned back and a little later to make sure that we had everything we needed. While the main course is clearly related to high-quality ingredients, the deserts of an ice factory are safe, practical and suitable for the clientele, and perhaps an area to improve if the new peculiarity in '. I feel that little to little we will see improvements (like perhaps a sauce au bleu, to eat with the steak, tarte aux pommes or chocolat maison in my next season.
