Was recommended by a friend and overall not bad at all. We’ve been spoilt recently having used Asha’s in Touchwood many times so our benchmark is high. Easy booking online, nice greet and pleasant server but transactional. Place wasn’t overly busy with 5 or 6...tables in use on a Saturday night, service was a tad slow. Some nice wine choices albeit a limited wine menu, the Rioja was good. Nice dips and crispy poppadoms. I had the King Prawn Bhuna which was good, the prawns a little small and dish could have been more spicier. Naans were ok, a bit floppy, I like them a bit crispier. Atmos was somewhat spoilt by a very loud party who clearly the worse for drink, obviously not the restaurants f...
We were staying at the nearby Premier Inn for 3 nights whilst visiting Warwick Castle and decided to give Tagore a visit as it was within easy walking distance. The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. Our 10 and 7 year old...shared a korma (little predictable I know my husband had a piri piri jalfrezi both of which where delicious! I had aloo beri which was amazing, the lamb was incredibly tender and extremely tasty! Very reasonably priced, would highly recommend!
Went here recently with a party of 8 of us. We were well looked after and the service was great. I found the food excellent, it was cooked well, fresh and very tasty. Thought the price was very good for the quality too, and would...thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Especially good if you are moored up on a boat in the canal as were as its only a 5 minute walk from the river.
I highly recommend this lovely restaurant. It is very welcoming, well-decorated, and clean, with a quiet bar area. The food is delicious and satisfying, with good value and generous portions. We had a delightful dining experience at the Indian restaurant tonight. It is our go-to place for Indian cuisine and the dishes prepared in the kitchen were outstanding. The chicken tikka saag balti was especially delicious and fresh. Thank you for a wonderful meal. - Andrew
I have eaten here several times because it is very near to the house of an excellent mate. I was there recently with him and the food as usual was really excellent!! Beer and food both really good and very reasonable, lovely service and great...evening. NOT to be missed!!
