You know that feeling when you walk around and you decide to stop at this one place to eat for the evening for no particular reason, and it turns out to be one of the best restaurants you could've found in the local area? Well, Le Tournesol is definitely that. The atmosphere is refined, yet very cosy. The prices may seem steep when you first see them, but once you start to eat the food every euro you spend was and will be worth it.The menus are well put together, each dish complementing each other, and the wine selecting is definitely good.A good part of the flavour comes from the fact that local and fresh ingredients are used, so every time you go there, small changes may have been made to dishes to make sure they're corresponding with the vegetables, fruits and meats that are in season.Overall, even though for a budgetary reason you might no be able to eat there every day, it's definitely a stop to make when you're in the area.
