Tarte Flambee is one of the best in Strasbourg ! I have tried at least 25 other places. Nothing fancy just an old family establishment once bossed by the "Great Betty". Don't go crazy - order the normal tarte flambee and a salad verte with a nice reisling or a local beer. Keep the tarte flambee's coming. You will need at least one per person. The restaurant is cute inside, though a little cold when we went (they hadn't turned on the heaters). We tried a green salad, it came with white sauce which is not really my style. The tarte flambee is good- I liked the gratinee over the nature. As for main dishes, we liked the entrecote as well as the deer, though the spaetzle it came with were too oily. It has a decent wine list for this kind of place and the desert was not bad. Overall, a good restaurant, I wouldn't mind going there again though it's not my first option. Something between 3 and 4 stars, oh well, I gave it 4.

This restaurant is the best we've found in Strasbourg for tarte flambé. Paper thin with onion and ham copped very fine. I come here every other week with my Alsacian husband mother on law, both from Strasbourg. I LOVÉ their tarte flambé but as a weight watcher, I often get one of the fish specials of the day and they are always perfect! It can get pretty crazy busy during the main dining hours on Saturday so we usually plan to arrive at 8:30. The waitstaff is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it when in Strasbourg. A truly authentic slice of Alsace!

Ne restez pas jusqu'à la fermeture, on vous fera bien comprendre que l'heure c'est l'heure, bon sinon la pâte un peu fine pour des flambées, à voir pour le reste de la carte une prochaine fois...

Tarte flambée gratinée excellente. Dommage car accueil rigide, peu chaleureux, ni avenant, ni conciliant, mais ça dépend des soirs. Trop différents d'un soir à l'autre.

Très très moyen en terrasse un soir ou il ne faisait pourtant pas très chaud mais dévoré par les moustiques et les patrons qui s'en moquent bien.
