It was a wet February Saturday in Strasbourg and we needed something warming and filling. Seeing the specials board at the Orient Express, in rue de Gutenburg, we dived in while there were still some seats. One of the specials was a large bowl of couscous, with merguez sausages, chicken and a host of vegetables in a tomato sauce … we were in heaven! The service was both polite

we settle quietly on the terrace on the evening of the new year, and we ask to order, a super-desirable and aggressive server asks us to leave and start looking for the problems .en having made hundreds of bar leaving in france, I have never seen this! we happened at this place at dinner because we were bounced from the listed restaurants as complete of everything. the kitchen here has been better than expected, but many things of the menu are missing and are not exactly prepared for some requests. My boyfriend ordered a Cuban libre (complete photo) and did not arrive the classic cocktail but something not well identified yet this local also does as a pub (as they conceive here cocktails)!. ? if you just don't find any better in Strasbourg you can fold here; unpretentious food, clean room, courteous staff. We had lunch there on Sunday in early December, a day of great affluence in all the restaurants of the city. we ate well (flammekueche) and at good price. reception and service were pleasant. holiday checks are not accepted, damage.
