if they have the option, they should check this place. the owners are warm, somehow conscious vegan things. Options such as zataar, zataar extra and sabbanegh are standard vegan, others like those with aubergine can be questioned or offer veganized (which is how we find out! . Lebanese packs with some vegan options. labné is a kind of cheese to avoid these dishes. we had the zaatar extra and the sabbalegh galettes with hummus and salat (extraordinarily! and went back to lunch the next day. small restaurant, but super cozy and personal. wraps (galette are 5-7€, veggie meal (including galette, salat and hummus (or aubergine spread was 13€). they also have student prizes. they take card, but cash is preferred.
o’saj is a jewel in toulouse. the place is really small and famous. you can take your sandwich away. a large part of the menu is vegetarian. ask for vegan, they help them choose. the hell is so good. for a few years the owner reguraly has made his cake as vegan, just ask them.
This small Lebanese restaurant is very convenient for vegans and vegetarians. It is specialised in the Lebanese galettes, most of them being vegetarian or vegan. The vegetarian menu is really affordable and will give you a fattouch salad, a bowl of hummus or moutabal and a veggie galette to choose among the 8-9 they have (4-5 of them are actually vegan). Portions are sufficient and the veggie menu costs 11 euros. I find that every dish is very tasty and I've already eaten here a lot since the place is very central (not far from the Capitole) and the staff really friendly. Only negative points: the sitting area is relatively small and they do not have falafels.
excellent endroit pour manger! le personnel est vraiment gentil. pas d'options de végétalien mais ils peuvent choisir de supprimer le fromage, donc ce sera un. Remarque : l'endroit est vraiment petit et peut être un peu stressant. il y a un menu végétarien, mais ils doivent être préparés une des options ainsi.
