We've had dinner this week and we've been having fun. The welcome is warm! The service is irreproachable, fast and smiling! my husband has feasted with the tin and what to say of the glazed !!! I took the famous boat, very good charcuterie, and the salad that accompanies it was a delight both for the eyes and for the taste buds.But dear nany, I cannot say so much about the quality of the cheese. you have to change your brand because it is made with skim milk!!! and cooked it looks more like a flan. there is a lack of fat and therefore unctubility. It's a shame!I hope next year, when we come back, you'll have followed my advice. The dessert was delicious: white cheese cut with its backs!!! miam miam !félicitations !

this table deserves its first place in vallouise. The decor is less mountainous than the other restaurants but you must not stop at what is around the plate. It's in the plate that's happening. Copious dishes served with surprising salads, good and impressive presentations. excellent mountain specialties but there is also the possibility to eat more original dishes (salmon and holy jacques). everything is succulent to the desserts that are fabulous. all served with a smile and a very convenient staff. not to be missed especially that prices are quite honorable.
