The interior decor is unique and quirky with discreet areas to eat, drink and socialise. We had our lunch on the 'terrasse ' overlooking the garden which leads down to the river 'Le Vincin '. Lunch was the 'plat du jour ' which was a delicious filet mignon with home made mashed potato. Dessert was a cafe gourmand (this included a selection of delightful miniature desserts, such as crème brûlée, maccaron and a fondant au chocolat). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the pub appeared to be busy with many locals enjoying the establishment too which is always a good sign!
