The interior decor is unique and quirky with discreet areas to eat, drink and socialise. We had our lunch on the 'terrasse' overlooking the garden which leads down to the river 'Le Vincin'. Lunch was the 'plat du jour' which was a delicious filet mignon with home made mashed potato. Dessert was a cafe gourmand (this included a selection of delightful miniature desserts, such as crème brûlée, maccaron and a fondant au chocolat). The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the pub appeared to be busy with many locals enjoying the establishment too - which is always a good sign!

It's a little out of the way, but it's Irish and the food is pretty good. The atmosphere is homey and intimate ... a nice place to go on a rainy night to watch a rugby match on the TV.

I still remember the sights, smells and tastes of this restaurant when our family brought us here.

Got the Mofongo with shrimp and it was fantasticReally interesting that it comes in a wood elevated bowl The bowl helps it to stay warm.
