the lievre blanc is a mountain hotel, slightly out of the way that makes the price quality ratio its strong point. the rooms are a little small and services accordingly. excellent welcome and excellent dinner served by a very kind waiter who has promised to make us feel at home. a little naif the outside with Christmas lights lit in August. as said good the price quality ratio also for what concerns the restaurant. If you pass us, maybe on the bike like us, it is worth stopping also because of the fact of being located in a quiet village with the possibility for your two wheels to rest safely in the hotel's win.
at the occasion of the feast of ste marie we have lunch in this restaurant (like last year). If the first experience was good, the second was excellent. the new owners (since 2 months) have delighted us with the taste buds. Simple and family cuisine is full of heart and enthusiasm and it feels in the plate. everything is cooked on site with fresh products, there is no room for frozen or micro wave and this makes all the difference with many other restaurants. The welcome is like the most warm dishes. We will certainly return, perhaps even before the end of our stay.
