As professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry, I find that the kitchen of this brasserie is just terrible... I order a burger for lunch, but it's just terrible meat with a taste of scrap metal! I think it's been a while since the grid was cleaned, completely black! Only infected! Sauces inside not terrible, it is bathed in fat.. So the service also a waitress who is willing to shoot themselves by coming to work no smile just lame... I'm talking to the waitress about my problem with these burgers and I'm still paid 14. It's just very serious! After that I didn't expect something spectacular for a tobacco bar brasserie, but hey, it's still serious, so much not cooking.
