I spent 2 weeks in Vieux-Boucau and l'Emporte was the go to place every day when we wanted to eat a pizza, a burger, or just share a soda. The service is fast and friendly, prices are reasonable, and their seafood pizza is just amazing.

Have eaten there twice once in August and once in April, the service has always been really quick and good.A lot of choice on the menu ( the pizza Local was a big hit for me), and the spot is great because it is next to the beach.It has a really relaxed vibe to it, the guys and girls behind the counter seem really nice and the choice of music in the background was perfect for a chilled evening by the beach.

We just had burgers and chips - but the chips were excellent and the burgers a decent size, well cooked - prices were very reasonable.

I had an "American" sandwich (I don't know the origin of this name used in France for these sandwiches, since in US there are not such sandwiches). My wife had a cesar salad.My sandwich was just fair, with poor defrozen bread. Why couldn't they use fresh bread?The salad, quite expensive (8 Euros), was very small and came along with a sweet sauce.I've seen better...

we were aimlessly cycling around the opposite, which was very quiet, as still from the season. we came across this place and decided to stop for a burger. wow! best burger always and so good worth. my was actually not a burger, it was a drawn...pork bbq sandwich, hubby had a burger with grilled cheese in a baguette and we both had pommes and a drink. friendly people. would definitely return if in the
