Having visited this area many times , this is the first visit to Fleur de Sel . And although trip advisor had some negative comments local friends said we should try .,, the friends were right ! What a fabulous night fantastic food great service very helpful staff , so good we went again and guess what it was even better . A must visit restaurant .

Very disappointed . Service completely let down kitchen . Complete lack of understanding of menu, mayonnaise in plastic tubes dumped on table - feel sorry for chef/owner as quality of food ok . Left feeling uncomfortable recommend change of waiting staff ASAP

Very well prepared dishes , good wine list. Great service with a very friendly touch by Lili!! Nice fritto misto and grilled filet of Rouget. We will surely come back!!

Every course, every morsel of our meal was excellent. The service was friendly, efficient and informative. We could fault nothing about this restaurant and we left nothing on our plates.

We visited La Fleur de Sel twice during a week in Pinarello, Corsica in September 2015. The front of house service is charming and friendly. The restaurant is small with three lovely tables at the front overlooking Pinarello harbour and beach. The setting is very romantic. We paced ourselves because the food is rich and luxurious. The Black Angus beef is fantastic, matched by the quality of the fresh fish. Unlike other restaurants fish is not priced by the weight, so there are no nasty surprises when the bill arrives. The quality is high and the use of ingredients in dishes contemporary. Wines are excellent and well-priced. Desserts are fantastic - chestnut flour chocolate fondant with ice cream - what a memory. Not the most expensive restaurant in town, and certainly the best.Highly recommended for a special dinner.

Much more expensive than the neighbouring restaurants, but it had good reviews, so we "treated" ourselves. Well, something must have changed in the kitchen and not in a good way. The food was terrible. I had the beef topped with foie gras. For €35 I was expecting a nice piece of fillet (although it didn't say it was on the menu) not the small, chewy, unidentifiable cut of meat I got served on top of some mash with a bit of gravy. I hoped the chocolate fondant would make up for the disappoinment, buy sadly it was badly over cooked. I sent it back. Dreadful. I felt sorry for the waiters, who were lovely, having to bring out this overpriced rubbish. I can only assume he kitchen team must have have gone elesewhere. Be warned.

C'est l'une des meilleures cuisines que nous ayons goûtées ici. Le chef sait cuisiner poissons et fruits de mer (superbes gambas) et la sélection de vins corses est excellente. Plus cher que les autres endroits du Strip mais c'est classe. La réception est informative et accueillante sans être écrasante. Aller.
