We were passing through Dreux on a cold Saturday night in January and stopped for dinner at this interesting restaurant, without knowing what to expect. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was simply amazing. The food pairings were unusual, but all the flavors complimented each other and made the meal not only delicious, but also easily digested (not always the case in a restaurant!) I wish we lived closer and could go there more often, but next time we are nearby, we will surely return to eat at Les Inseparables. Highly recommended!
