The menu was a treat: salad of quenelles (shorts in slices, warmed and accompanied with well seasoned chewing), sausage Beaujolais (sum steam cooked to heart, yes, it's possible!), varied desserts including a caramel/Chantilly cream that makes its small effect.Stretch and discreet service, surprising addition of lightness: a desire to "re-y"!
