Hidden on a back street behind the main drag we only found this on our second last night! I have to admit both a bit galetted/crepe'd out we both had a salad followed by steak & chips with a bearnease sauce (neither of which we would ever order back home) but we were pleasantly surprised, the salads (a goats cheese (me) & a lardon & boiled egg (he) were very tasty. Both steaks (entrecote) were cooked to perfection, tender & tasty served with salad, fries, ratatouille & the most delicious bearnease sauce either of us have tasted, it was a lovely honest meal! My husband decided to have the caramel beurre sal crepe which as it turns out having tasted this we both now want to go back and have galette & crepe before we go home, it was devine! All washed down with local cider, red wine & lambig! We really loved this restaurant and appreciated having a small selection of choices other than crepes! Young waiter who served us was lovely, spotless premises, lovely decor! We will return ;-)
