during our journey in the alps, we are stopped in this biker relay. the kitchen remains traditional but quite correct overall. I took a tartar (prepared) I was a little scared but it was good. on the other hand, not loving the fries (and yes it happens) I asked for the accompaniment of the day in the case of the canellonis, which was kindly refused to me, short a tartare with salad and hio surpirse during the service, my tartare was finally served with canellonis (thanks patron)
