We booked on line to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary in the restaurant as we live within walking distance of this hotel.We received a phone call soon afterwards saying that as they were so busy they could not accept the reservation.Within a few days we received an email saying that the reservation was confirmed and they looked forward to seeing us.Just before the due dat yet another email cancelling the reservation!Then to compound the confusion just after the date for the booking an email thanking us for our visit and we hoped we enjoyed the meal! This was the first of 3 such emails!This is not the first but certainly the last time we try to do any booking with this hotel as they are so unreliable.Book with caution......
