My wife and I, and our family, have visited Maitre Pan some four times since it opened and have never been disappointed. We have a holiday home in Malo and since our local Vietnamese restaurant closed some three years ago we have lacked somewhere for good quality Vietnamese/Chinese food.Maitre Pan offers this, together with excellent seafood, and with a very good wine list, so it is much more than 'just a Chinese.' The Sancerre Rose is particularly good.Everything has been considered by the owner and his staff, so that your meal can be as complete as you want it to be, including accompanying sauces, salads, and cheese if you want, together with excellent desserts, all included in the very reasonable set price.We are in Malo this coming week and will be there again, at least once!David and Joan Martin
