the food was exceptional according to all standards, but the service was not on our expectations for the euro price. the New Year's menu was about courses, but they did not replace our flatware between the curses. they driped water while pouring, but they did not clean up the wet table until we had asked. I asked him to decant, but they refused. the service was very slow when the evening continued. a glass champagne was offered as part of the menu, but was just a flee. great eating, poor service.
