The new owners of this old forge are doing a superb job. The decor is country with the huge working fireplace which was lit and welcoming when we visited in November. There are interesting old ilmplements on the walls, including the huge bellows which worked the forge's brazier.The menu is interesting and changes with the seasons. Everything is well thought out and extremely well presented. Two of us had the smoked salmon starter was divine. My partner had the mushroom soup which he said was the best he had ever tasted. My chicken main course nice and tender although I found it almost too chickeny and tasted as if it had been cooked in a strong chicken stock. I would not choose that again but that is just my taste. Two of our party had the beef which they said was great and the fourth had the seered tuna which she liked. We all enjoyed our desserts and coffee. We would definitely return.

On n'y va pas pour la gastronomie mais pour un accès facile et un parking gratuit.Toutefois les plats ne sont pas mauvais, viande, pommes de terre, pizzas. Des classiques correctement exécutés. Prix raisonnables.Joli décor et par beau temps, une agréable terrasse.
