"Hello, yesterday after the performance at the Balingen Town Hall, were eating in the attached restaurant Hirschgulden, as the performance was at a time of 6:00 p.m., which did not allow us to eat at home: before would have been too early and later too late. So, I ate a small portion of pork lard (2 pieces with bacon sauce, that was a thick, brown, totally salted pamp, there were carrots and? (Pastinaks, Potatoes? boiled in salt water without a trace of butter or parsley and late zle. I can't judge if they were homemade. For this I paid €18.50, a sum for such a quality! I am happy to pay a good price for good food but that was underground!! Best regards Anne Dieckfoß"
