"Restaurant Medina is located in Wollishofen and can be accessed with public transit, Tram #7 (Morgental or Butzenstrasse). Medina has a very nice sunny patio seating area (with umbrellas) at the front and on the main street and is very popular during the warmer months. Inside, there are lots of padded chairs and booths. They offer a wide selection of newspapers, magazines, free secured Wi-Fi and clean, spotless restrooms.I took a seat inside, ordered my very reasonably priced and delicious soy milk hot chocolate (4.50CHF), which was served with a small biscuit. The gentleman running the place was very nice during my visit. They have hot/cold beverages, a large selection of alcoholic beverages options on the menu, breads, juices, light snacks, some Mediterranean fare foods, lunch specials, and marvelous looking cakes and pies. They open very early weekday mornings, around 06.00. I was very pleased with my visit and would most definitely visit again, since I am in the area often."
