Normally not a pizza eater I happened to eat two within one week once at a pizzeria in Zürich Seefeld, once at one in Zürich Wollishofen on the other side of the lake. Both times I had been with a friend and both times we tried the Pizza Napoli, my favorite one. And automatically one starts to compare. Without any hesitation I can say that food, service and atmosphere had been far better in Wollishofen, at the MediterRana. The young waitress here does a super job: fast, efficient with always a friendly smile on her face. We sat in a corner overlooking the restaurant, where there is enough space between the tables, not this having to squeeze through, which must have been especially uncomforta...
service is fast, friendly, charming and very well positioned. very pleasant. I'm afraid eating isn't that top. The pizzas taste good, but they are very oily. to brot there is neither butter, nor olive oil to dippen. pity the gamberetti in garlic and olive oil were delicious, but for the price of chf 19.90 also correspondingly expensive for the portion size. the green salad was really boring and nothing special.
I have been to lunch in the Mediterranean. the menues are very good. I've been trying, but I haven't been out of the ****. the chef is very friendly. sometimes, but also a bit intrusive. booking on the afternoon is not necessary, usually has a free table. the prices are very decent.
excellent eating and a very attentive and friendly service. the children were allowed to put together their favourite food themselves. that lamb back fillet was perfect, the pizza bests. we come back - thanks for the wonderful evening! absolutely recommended!

devinitiw the best pizza in zürich! the locality rather inconspicuous, but cozy, for that the pizza spectacularly good. especially the pizza "miss italia" ... nice attentive host and good wine round off the successful evening at the "Italian from next door".
a 70 ger years Italian.Eisbergsalat with finishdressing, pizza 0815das menue so boring it is not. the bark carpaccio is thickly cut off and cooks as unital as it expects a non-Italian,or better said. cheap kitchen with Swiss prices. Simply bad!
I am more often because I live in the neighbourhood. pizza and the pasta is super, friendly and faster service. always happy!
