"I had a frustrating experience with my order when my son and I dined out. The staff misunderstood my request, so I had to return to the restaurant to sort it out. I requested a refund, but instead, I received a copy of the same receipt I had received earlier. It wasn't a refund; the staff member just took a screenshot of her screen showing that she processed the refund. Overall, it wasn't the resolution I was hoping for."
